Herpes is a vicious, embarrassing disease that can ruin your life. The worst part about herpes is that once it is in your body, it stays there, likely forever, and the cases of recurrent herpes are so unpredictable that it can wreak havoc on your psyche.
Why does herpes keep recurring?
Recurrent herpes happens because the herpes virus never leaves your body like, say, a flu virus does. In times between herpes outbreaks, the virus hides in your spinal cord, waiting for another chance to attack the weak points in your body. This is why herpes usually attacks the same spots in your body over and over – they are most susceptible to attack.
Why are the outbreaks so unpredictable?
Herpes doesn’t reappear in some set rhythm. It depends on how strong your immune system is at any given time. As soon as your immune system breaks down, herpes has a chance of reappearing.
How strong your immune system is at any given time depends on a number of factors: diet, exercise, stress levels, personality type, and environment are some of the main factors that impact your immune system’s ability to stop herpes outbreaks.
Is there a way to prevent herpes outbreaks?
The only way to prevent herpes outbreaks is by keeping your immune system strong. If your immune system is working at peak capacity, recurrent herpes has no chance of developing.
The best way to keep your immune system strong is by leading a healthy lifestyle: drink lots of water, stay away from junk food, and get plenty of exercise.
Can recurrent herpes be cured?
There are some alternative cures floating around the internet, but the general scientific consensus is that herpes cannot be “cured” as in “remove the herpes from the body”. The closest thing to a cure is my anti-herpes regimen outlined in my book, along with plenty of exercise. As a bonus, I also include the alternative cures that claim to remove herpes from the body completely.
You can do it
Recurrent herpes is annoying, but it’s not the end of the world. You can reduce the amount of recurrent herpes outbreaks by living a healthy lifestyle, and combined with my anti-herpes regimen, you will likely never have a herpes outbreak again.
